NOVUS works with leading universities to provide students studying business, logistics and supply chain degrees with guest lectures, mentoring and career coaching, placements for the summer and a third year year-long industrial placement, in addition to guaranteed graduate employment. We do this through over 20 sponsors, such as DHL and Sainsbury’s, who, in return, get the cream of the graduate crop.
